We aim to offer you innovative products, excellent quality, value and service at all times. The Footy Shop is a privately owned respectable company, with friendly experienced staff, aiming to provide your Club or School and its community with a range of Football Equipment, Kits and teamwear products that we hope will support your Club or School. As our business continues to grow, so will our list of suppliers and product range, so if there is anything out there that you are looking for that you feel may benefit you please let us know and we will endevour to add the requested products to our website shop.

Ordering
To order products from our site all you need to do is click on the product you like and add it to your shopping cart. It;s that simple!
When you have finished browsing, hit the checkout button.
If you have used our website before you can enter you email address and password and go straight into your account via the Log In Page
If you are a new customer then you can either register again using the Log In Page
If you register, you will receive an email from us with your account login details
Register your account
To register please supply all your details so we can contact you via phone or email throughout the order and delivery process in case there are any query;s with your order
You will need to include the billing address of the card you use to pay for the products. You will also be asked to supply a delivery address so the item will reach you promptly
Once you have opened your account you will be able to view your order history and change your details any time
Once you have completed your billing details you will be taken into the payment screen, if there are any special comments that you would like to make about the delivery please include them here
Confirm your order, check the billing and delivery address are correct then hit the submit your order button

Payment for purchasing online

Once you have completed the transaction you will be returned to the footyshop.co.uk website. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt number. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact us
Once your order has been picked, packed and shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information
If there are problems with the payment then give us a call and we can arrange another method of payment
Cheques: we will need to allow 7-10 days to clear before we ship the product
Payment for Schools purchasing online

Promotional Coupons
If you have a valid promotional coupon number/word then you can enter it into the coupon field and your order will be amended accordingly
Each promotional coupon will have various offers and time limitations, these will be in line with our marketing campaigns

Gift Certificates
To use a gift certificate shop on line as normal, add the items to your cart and go to checkout.
To pay for your products enter the gift certificate number at the beginning of the payment process.
If the total of your order is less than the amount on the gift certificate then you will receive another gift certificate with the remaining money left over. You will be able to use the gift certificate next time you shop with us.
If the total of your order is more than the amount on the gift certificate, you can pay for the remaining amount using your credit card or Pay Pal account.
We do not provide a cash refund for gift certificates.

The Secure carriers we use for dispatch are Interlink express, By using a bonifide worldwide courier company we can gurantee tracability and tracking of each order that is dispatched to our customers, of course there is a delivery cost ti using this service, however for piece of mind and speedy delivery times we have found this companies service to be of mutual benefit to our suppliers and customers, in addition 95% OF OUR ORDERS ARE DELIVERED BEFORE 3PM MONDAY - FRIDAY
All goods ordered before 1.00pm that are in stock will be dispatched that afternoon, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 1.00pm will be dispatched the following day again subject to stock availability.
A signature will be required for all orders and we appreciate that Footy require deliveries at certain times these will be adhered to as far as we can manage, for parents having clothing or equipment delivered to home or work adress it is essential that you are aware that if no one is going to be in to sign for the order, that you can make prior arrangements for the goods to be sent to an adress where a verified signature can be made.
In the unlikely event of a delay in deliveries being made, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know. All delivery days are based on standard working days from Monday - Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.
ORDERING FOR KITS AND TEAMWEAR ITEMS
During peak periods of the year ie: July - December, we may be unable to call upon certain stock items for clothing such as kits and teamwear, certain delays depending upon our suppliers stocks can be anything up to 7 weeks period plus, please bear this in mind as like the majority of retailers selling branded kit items we are all in the same boat, however we shall endevour to move orders as quickly as we can
Please note that it is the customers responsibility to ensure that you choose your sizes correctly on garments purchased, bearing in mind sizing can differ from brand to brand,this includes, football kits, teamwear leisurewear or other items that are garment described, as a number of suppliers will not exchange or offer refunds

Standard delivery charge on all unders under;50 is £8.50
Standard delivery charge on all unders over 50 is £14.50
Please note: deliveries outside of mainland Uk to IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20,21,22,23 - Truro, HS - Isle Of Lewis, ZE - Shetland), will incurr premium carriage charges,we advise you call us first before ordering online if you are requiring goods to be shipped to these destinations
It is important to select the correct delivery option when ordering.
The Footy Shop reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. The Footy Shop does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless The Footy Shop is responsible for the error. In the unfortunate event a product is out of stock a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you.
Returns and Exchanges
The Footy Shop is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you would like to return any unused products, please follow these guidelines and email our customer service team on the details outlined below.
Items must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase. E-mail us at football@thefootyshop.co.uk for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
No refunds or exchanges will be made without a valid RA#.
We will need your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return, plus the particulars of any exchange required. If you do not have these details available then pass on as much information as possible and we will endeavour to allocate a returns number to you within 48 hours along with returns adress to send your returns on to.
The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs unless an item has been delivered to you either faulty or incorrectly. The Footy shop will not refund the cost of postage to return these items..
